General Conditions

Booking

After receiving your inquiry via our online form or email, we will send you our offer usually within 2 business days. If you are satisfied with the offer and wish to book it, the procedure will be:

  • Upon receiving the booking request, we will start making the necessary reservations (selected hotel, golf courses, transfers, etc.).
  • After all reservations are confirmed by our suppliers, we will start creating a final itinerary for you. When you receive this itinerary from us, we will send you the proforma invoice and payment instructions as well. The due date for the payment is based on whether it is an individual or group booking - you will find more information in the following paragraph named “Payment conditions”.
  • After the full payment is credited to our account, you will receive the Evolution Golf vouchers from us for all booked services.
  1. Payment conditions
  • Individuals (up to 4 rooms): 10 days prior to arrival
  • Groups (5 or more rooms): Advised upon confirmation
  • Conditions may vary depending on the selected hotel.
  1. Payment method:
  • Bank transfer: All bank transfer fees should be covered by the payee (clients).
  • Cash upon arrival (in special cases - contact us for more details)
  • We cannot accept bank cards.
  1. Deposits 
  • Individuals: No deposit required
  • Groups (5 or more rooms): To secure the reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount, which will be deducted from the final amount.
  1. Cancellation conditions

  2. Individuals (up to 4 rooms):
  • 8 days and more prior to arrival - free of charge
  • 7-4 days prior to arrival - 50% of total price will be charged
  • 3 days or less or no show - 100% of total price will be charged
  • Conditions may vary depending on the selected hotel.

  1. Data security

For successful booking, we require certain personally identifiable information from you, such as your full name, billing address, email address, mobile phone number, etc.

We will not sell or pass any of this information to any third party.

Refunds

For any insufficient services, we will refund you before your departure or within 7 days from your departure from the Czech Republic, provided we receive the complaint in written form and it was our fault.

Insurance

We recommend you have full and comprehensive insurance, including coverage for loss and damage of luggage. We are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, accident, or any damage/loss of personal items.

Others

  • All golfers must have a proper handicap certificate - The Green card.
  • Rental of golf clubs is possible, but the number of sets is limited.
  • All persons must be seated and fasten their seat belts when they are on board our transportation.
  • No smoking or consumption of alcohol is allowed on board our transportation.
  • All golfers must follow the rules of each golf course. Otherwise, the course marshal will remove you from the course without any refund.
  • Please follow the tee times and pick-up times. If you miss the tee time, not due to our failure or traffic jams, we cannot guarantee any alternative tee time.
